Daniel is the backbone of Xpat Gym's training and fitness programs and his extensive experience spans over sixteen years including designations as Master Trainer, Instructor of Physical Fitness and Jie Quan Dou Instructor. Daniel combines eastern(martial arts & kick-boxing) and western(fitness & strength training) techniques to create training programs that will change your life. Daniel trains individuals of all ages and fitness levels and is eager to assist anyone interested in making a positive fitness change . Whether you want to lose weight and body fat, gain strength, improve your core stability, start a bodybuilding regimen or increase your sports performance, Daniel will get you there faster and more efficiently than any trainer in the industry.

Rob

Rob has over for twenty-one years weight training & body building experience focusing mainly on body tone and endurance. For the past seven years, Rob has been involved in developing nutrition programs and perfecting kick boxing and eastern style fitness training techniques (especially techniques for properly training the core area of the body). Building on his weight training experience and taking the best of eastern and western style training techniques as well as combing healthy nutritional advice, Rob has developed a total body fitness training program for weight control and body tone that is effective for all age groups.

She brings over 15 years fitness, exercise and nutrition experience to her classes and teaches "core training" techniques that incorporate nutrition and exercise in order to create the proper foundation for a correct body and postural alignment.

She considers herself more of a “palates practitioner” and holds a BS degree in Sports and Exercise Science, certifications in both Gym and Studio Exercise and palates qualifications from two international training bodies and is a qualified nutritionist.

She brings over 18 years of experience teaching group exercise. In 2001, she joined the Body Training Systems team as an International Trainer and Presenter. Her step class is a culmination of knowledge resulting in professional classes loaded with fun and challenges.

Ali

She is a UCLA graduate who was fortunate to study with some of the best in the fitness and nutrition fields.

Her passion is spinning and nutrition. Be ready to get into a zone with her super motivational enviroment. She is a valuable resource for how to shop and prepare "clean meals" in China.

Emma

pilates/yoga/PT

She brings over 6 years fitness and exercise experience to her classes and teaches "core training" techniques that incorporate exercise in order to create the proper foundation for a correct body and postural alignment.

She holds certifications in both Power and Ashtanga Yoga, mat Pilates and personal training (PT) with over 5 years of study at AASFP (Asia Academy for Sports and Fitness Professionals).
