Debit Card Memberships

 

Choose one of the following options:

 

        Bronze Card: 1500 RMB– 1500 RMB credit and 5% discount off all prices listed below.

        Silver Card: 3000 RMB– 3000 RMB credit and 10% discount off all prices listed below.

        Gold Card: 5000 RMB– 5000 RMB credit and 15% discount off all prices listed below.

        Platinum Card: 10,000 RMB– 10,000 RMB credit and 25% discount off all prices listed below.

 

Terms of Contract: The membership selected above entitles the client to all classes and services at Xpat Gym. Each visit will be debited from the card at the discounted rated listed for the membership card. Fee for the membership selected above is a one-time payment to Xpat Gym. Payment is non-refundable. Membership can be transferred to anyone with notice to Xpat Gym. Membership can be shared by any member of a family.

 

Services and fees: The following services are available and limited to:

·         Self Training – 80 RMB per visit

·         One half hour class (see class list) – 80 RMB per visit

·         One hour class (see class list) – 120 RMB per visit

·         Children one hour class (see class list) – 100 RMB per visit

·         Private trainer (fully customized) – 300 RMB per hour

·         Private Pilates trainer (using the reformer) – 400 RMB per hour

·         Sports massage – 150 RMB per hour

Annual Memberships

       One Year Equipment Only plus 20 classes: 5000 RMB

       One Year Equipment Only: 4000 RMB

       One Year Equipment Only Afternoons (12:00 to 4 PM only): 2500 RMB

       One Year Equipment Only (weekends only): 3000 RMB

       One Year Equipment Only for Students plus 20 classes: 4000 RMB

       One Year Equipment Only for Students: 3000 RMB

       One Year Equipment Only for Students (weekends only): 2000 RMB

 

Terms of Contract: The membership selected above entitles the client to one year of use of XPat Gym’s equipment without any daily usage fee. These memberships also provide a 20% discount off the normal fee for all other Xpat Gym services including classes, private training and sports massage. Fee for the membership selected above is a one-time payment to Xpat Gym in return for one year of the services provided in this contract. Payment is non-refundable. Card can be transferred in special circumstances that will be decided on by the situation (i.e. repatriation).

Semi-annual Memberships

Choose one of the following options:

 

       Half Year Equipment Only plus 10 classes: 3000 RMB

       Half Year Equipment Only: 2500 RMB

       Half Year Equipment Only Afternoons (12:00 to 4 PM only): 1800 RMB

       Half Year Equipment Only (weekends only): 2000 RMB

       Half Year Equipment Only for Students plus 10 classes: 2500 RMB

       Half Year Equipment Only for Students: 2000 RMB

       Half Year Equipment Only for Students (weekends only): 1500 RMB

 Adult (over 12 years old) One half hour:

  • Spinning – Aerobic blast on the stationary bike
  • Balance/flexibility/stretching – excellent for your body’s recovery – non aerobic
  • Deep Power and meditation – tap your inner power and relaxation – non aerobic

 

Adult (over 12 years old) One hour:

  • Core Training – usually ignored area of your health, essential for health back – aerobic training
  • Body intense – use dumbbells, elastic bands, rockers, power ball for strength – aerobic training
  • Kick boxing – put on your gloves, punch and kick the bag with proper techniques – aerobic training
  • Karate – Japanese style martial arts with punching, kicking, and core training – aerobic training
  • Tae Kwon Do – Korean style martial arts with punching, kicking, and core training – aerobic training
  • Wu Shu – Chinese style martial arts with forms, balance, flexibility, and gymnastics – aerobic training
  • Tai Chi – Chinese style martial arts with movements focusing on balance, control and flexibility – non aerobic training
  • Self Defense – Mix style of martial arts to teach you how to defend yourself – aerobic training
  • Pilates – Use modernized 4000 year old techniques to rebuild and train your core in a very structured way as to prevent any over exertion or injury – semi aerobic
  • Yoga – Balance, flexibility, meditation – semi aerobic
  • Hip-Hop Dance – good music and killer moves - aerobic
  • Salsa Dance – grab you partner and learn this sexy style of dancing - aerobic

 

Children (4 to 12 years old) One hour:

  • Karate – same as above but specifically designed for pre teenage children.
  • Self Defense – same as above but specifically designed for pre teenage children
  • Tae Kwon Do – same as above but specifically designed for pre teenage children
  • Hip-hop Dance – same as above
  • Yoga – same as above but specifically designed for pre teenage children.
  • Pilates – same as above but specifically designed for pre teenage children.

 

Children (18 month to 3 years old) One hour:

  • Balance, flexibility, coordination, self control, relaxation for your toddler
