Our classes mix different styles of training to deliver a balanced workout using techniques from pilates, martial arts, yoga, boxing, aerobics, and weights. We keep our classes small so you get the attention need to keep your form and exertion level optimized.

custom training –
One-on-One customized programs tailored just for you with a top-notch private trainer of your choice! One free day training in the gym for every private training session.


core training – Your core is the muscle groups that connects your lower body to you upper body. These are usually the most underdeveloped and unbalanced muscle group because most of us do not know proper method of training this area. Just think about it, structurally you upper and lower body is only connected via your backbone; therefore these most important muscles are essential to support your back and posture. 

aerobics kick-boxing – Get your ya-ya’s out. The hour will be up before you know it. These classes work on your balance, coordination, concentration, speed, and endurance. Come and try this class out and you will be hooked! 


step aerobics: Based on the famous BTS techinique. Discover new heights with Group Step!  Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this 60 – minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time.  Core work is included.  Energetic music creates this spunky group experience.  


power body
– Grab a set of dumbbells and prepare to get a good burn on all your major muscle groups. Good music beat and fast pace pumping also provides a great aerobic workout in 45 minutes. Only one level for this class because different weight dumbbells creates the different level of exertion.


tight body
– Using the elastic band, this workout is aim toward toning your all your muscle groups. Good music beat and continuous movement provides a great aerobic workout in 45 minutes. Only one level for this class because you control the level of exertion.



spinning
– Good music, a stationary bike and a good motivator (trainer) will bring you to the next level in a 30 minute aerobic blast.


pilates – Excellent core training using proven exercises known for centuries to keep your core and entire body balance. We provide mat and equipment (reformer, roller, etc) classes.


pilates reformer and tower: Expands the repertoire of mat moves and add a new dimension to your Pilates workout. Suitable for beginners and advanced students alike the reformer can assist you in discovering how your spine moves helping beginners make more sense of the mat class and providing a bit challenge for the advanced students.


yoga – Modern Yoga combines many ancient techniques with modern thinking to deliver many styles of training. Power Yoga focuses more on strength, balance and flexibility while traditional Yoga focuses more on balance, flexibility concentration, and meditation.


open style martial arts:
O
ne of the most widely practiced martial art forms, requires acute physical coordination and mental focus to cultivate a personal arsenal of punches, kicks, and deflection techniques. Combines techniques from Karate, Taikwando, and many other self defense techniques.


flexibility, balance, stretching and deep power – These 20 minute classes are great to add on to any workout. They are a fusion of many proven techniques and can only be described by the experience you encounter with these invigorating classes.


aerobics dancing
– No wonder this class is so popular! Intense Hip-Hop music and a good motivator provide a great way to get an intense aerobic workout and have fun at the same time. These classes work on your balance, coordination, concentration, speed, and endurance as well. 


executive classes
– Morning energizer classes at 6:30 and 7:00 am and evening wind-down classes at 7:00 and 7:30 pm. These classes are specifically designed for the busy professional. We provide a 45 minute workout that gets you in and out in one hour. Morning core energizer and kick-boxing energizer start you off slowly, and by 15 minutes of warm-up we pick it up until by the end you are energized for the day. Evening core and kick-boxing wind-down throw you right into what you need to get rid of the day’s stress. After 5 minutes of warming up we get you to the next level, and the class ends with relaxation and deep power training to get you home with a smile on your face. Private showers, shoe-shine service, and a nice place to hang your business suit makes these a no excuse workout.
